Honoring Former President Amanda Filizetti and Information on the HarborFest Waterfront Gala

HarborFest Waterfront Gala talk was on the agenda.

Marquette, MI  –  July 10, 2019  –  Rotarians returned to the Landmark Inn this afternoon for another weekly Marquette West Rotary Club Luncheon. To start this off today, the club honored past president, Amanda Filizetti for her year of service. Lucy Grove, current Rotary Club president, awarded Amanda a plaque and a beautiful bouquet!

The next thing on the Rotary’s agenda was announcing new information about the 2019 HarborFest Waterfront Gala. The Gala Committee met yesterday and completed the planning for this year’s Hawaiian themed Waterfront Gala. This year’s fundraising event includes a lula. Greets will receive a traditional Hawaiian Lei when they arrive, enjoy a delicious Hawaiian meal including some tropical desserts. At the bar, attendees will find a standard set up with the addition of a Hawaiian inspired signature cocktail!
